If your gifts and skills include computer work, office projects, answering phones and/or customer service, you can help serve and support our church by serving in the office. The office is the hub that allows our church to run smoothly and ensures that attendees, other volunteers and newcomers have the best experience when they engage with Hope Church. There are a wide variety of projects and tasks that we can use help with.

Adults and teens interested in serving as check-in volunteers for Kindergarten through 5th grade are needed on Sunday mornings. Check-in Volunteers serve 15 minutes before the service starts and ends 10 minutes after the service begins. A total of 25 minutes. No experience is needed.

Adults and teens interested in serving as teachers or assistants to children kindergarten through 3rd graders will have the opportunity to teach God’s Word with a curriculum that uses a Core Bible Story, crafts, games and a Bible video. No past experience is needed – only a teachable heart that loves Jesus and children.

Adults and teens interested in serving as teachers or assistants to Kindergarten through 5th grade students will have opportunities to disciple their class through Bible lessons, crafts and games. The small group setting allows for deep relationships and maturing of their young faith. No past experience is needed – only a teachable heart that loves Jesus and children.

Adults interested in serving 4th and 5th graders will have the opportunity to teach God’s Word with a curriculum that gives preteens exactly what they need-exactly what they need—validation of their faith questions, and a place to connect as they explore those questions together. The curriculum will guide you every step of the way as you become their conversation guide and fellow explorer. No past experience is needed – only a teachable heart that loves Jesus and children.

Ability to sing or play instruments. A passion to worship God and Jesus with children Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Do you have the ability to blow bubbles and color? A love for children and parents raising the next generation? You will have the opportunity to discuss your favorite colors & animals at length. Benefits include - free animal cookies and hugs! Everyone is promoted to instant hero status!

Adults and teens interested in serving at VBS each summer will have the opportunity to help with crafts, games, snacks, missions, singing, Bible story and decorations. There are opportunities for all ages, gifts and skills. No past experience is needed – just a love for Jesus and children.

Do you love coffee and treats, and want to share with others?  Our café volunteers desire to connect with people and serve them as we create an environment before and after each service that welcomes people to our facility by providing coffee and treats.

Hope Church loves to welcome new people and help them get connected. It’s common for us to meet new people almost every Sunday. If you are friendly and like to meet new people, we want you! Connection Point volunteers are people who would be willing to meet people who are new to church to help them feel more connected and more welcome. This might range from meeting someone on a Sunday to connecting with someone by phone/text/email to having coffee or lunch.

Hosts help in practical ways by opening doors, helping people find seats, and finding opportunities to serve others to make them feel welcomed as they join us for weekend services.  You will serve by helping people make a personal connection as they enter the building and look for ways to help people get connected to each other. 

Desire to connect with people who are joining us for services online and become a point of contact to help them take next steps in connecting with Hope.

Pray for our church family.  We want to help you be able to pray specifically for the needs, requests and praises of people within Hope Church.  This can take place in person on the weekends, or throughout the week on your own time.

Help move furniture, tables, chairs, set pieces and decorations for special events or activities. If you have a the physical ability to work with a small team who tears down and sets up different spaces, it's a fun way to serve the church on a team behind the scenes.

The main role of a social media team is to support Hope Church in growing, influencing and create community by strategically creating content and engaging on different social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube)

Connecting with students and building relationships through large group and small group interactions.

Facilitate and guide a discussion around a weekly Bible lesson to help the students apply their faith to their everyday lives

Would you love to be a part of our video team that produces our Live Stream? We are looking for camera operators and video directors. No experience is necessary, we will train you! It's an important role that is behind the scenes.

We need artists gifted in creative design of service elements, set design, painting, set building, acting, dramatic interpretation, writing and dance to facilitate special worship moments throughout the year. If you enjoy any of these activities please reach out so we can have a conversation!

Use your God-given musical abilities to help others glorify God through the Music Ministry! Auditions are required and team roles are limited based on ministry needs at the time.

Help us leverage our physical space to help others engage in the worship of God through the use of audio equipment, lighting and computers. We train those who are interested! Don't be intimidated to check it out.
